Why do images in the index page look distorted?

Hi!

I’m using the “hello” theme and I have realized that, when I add a cover image to a post, the image looks ok in the post, but not in the index page: the index page changes the image’s dimensions, and the image looks distorted.

How can I do so that the image is not distorted? Or maybe I should make sure cover images have certain aspect ratio?

Check image formats, upload large images for covers and small images for avatars.
