We introduced our new billing system to Hyvor Blogs a couple of months ago. Today, we have integrated Hyvor Talk with it.
Things to know:
- Those who started their subscription with the old system, via Paddle, will continue to be billed via Paddle.
- However, you can add your payment details and address in the Billing Console to transition to our new billing system.
- In the old system, Paddle resold our software as a merchant of record. With the new system, we invoice you directly via Stripe.
- All charges in the new billing system are in Euros (€).
- All subscription renewals are anchored to the 1st of each month when possible.
- If you have multiple product subscriptions with HYVOR, all renewals will be grouped into one invoice!
